It's been really busy here at Coole Swan the past few weeks. There was Mother's Day, Easter, lots of tastings, even some filming for a few videos we have in store for you. We really can't wait to share these but they're still top secret at the moment!
In between all of this, of course there was time for a cocktail or two. Why not try this Coole Swan Lemon Chiller? A perfect cocktail for the Spring and it's great if you're short on time, just like us!
Ingredients
50ml Coole Swan
17.5ml Limoncello
17.5ml Limoncello
Combine all of the ingredients together in a shaker with plenty of
ice. Shake well. Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a lemon twist or flamed lemon zest.
Enjoy!
