never too many cooks...




 Fancy yourself as a bit of a masterchef or cocktail king/queen? 
 Here at Coole Swan we're putting together a cookbook and we are running a competition to find 10 recipes all using Coole Swan (sweet or savory, cocktail or smoothie you decide!)  
The winning recipes will be included in the cookbook, along with a personal profile of your good self and of course a Coole Swan goodies box for you to enjoy (you'll need one after all your hard work in the kitchen!)


How to enter:
Please read the terms and conditions below and when you have, it's time to head to your kitchen or bar
Email your creation along with your name, contact number and postal address to cathy@cooleswan.com. You can even send us a photo of your masterpiece! The competition closes on 30th April 2013 at 11:59 (GMT)

Terms & Conditions: 

1. The competition (the "Competition") and website is managed by COOLE SWAN, a company registered in Ireland.


2. The Competition shall be open from 15th April 2013 to 11:59pm, 30th April, 2013 ("Competition Period”).


3. All entries must be received no later than 11:59pm, 30th April, 2013 (the "Closing Date").

4. The Competition is open to everyone, except employees of Coole Swan, its subsidiaries or anyone else connected with the administration of the Competition.

5. By entering the Competition, all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any entrant who fails to abide by any of these terms and conditions may be disqualified at Coole Swan's sole discretion.

6. No purchase is necessary to take part in the Competition.

7. Multiple entries per person are permitted. Spammers will be disqualified.

8. Coole Swan accepts no responsibility for any entries that are lost, illegible, incomplete or altered and all such entries shall be disqualified. No entries will be accepted after the Closing Date.

10. Entries become the absolute property of Coole Swan and will not be returned.

11. Coole Swan may retain the personal data of entrants for the purpose of Coole Swan promotion campaigns and for the cookbook profile information.

12. Eligible entries will go forward to the selection process set out and managed by Coole Swan.

13. Ten entrants will be selected to win. The Prize includes nothing other than that expressly stated to be included as part of the Prize.

14. The Winners will be informed by phone or e-mail after 11:59pm, 30th April, 2013. If a Winner declines or for any reason cannot accept the Prize, or a Winner cannot be contacted from the details they have supplied, a substitute Winner may be drawn at Coole Swan's sole discretion.

15. The Prize is non-transferable and there are no alternatives. Coole Swan may substitute the Prize for an alternative of the same or comparable value if it, in its sole discretion, deems necessary.

16. Coole Swan's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

18. The Winners consent that their first name, initial of their surname, town and images (if provided) may be used in publicity materials and events relating to the relevant competition and Coole Swan does not accept any obligations of confidence towards the Winners.

  1. Melt down vanilla ice-cream, crush strawberries and crushed white chocolate and add two measures of Coole Swan. Re freeze and serve in Martini glass with frest mint sprigs and strawberries to decorate! Now Enjoy
